Dwayne Thibeault DNP, CRNA, APRN

Dr. Dwayne is a Nurse Anesthesiologist licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. My experience and qualifications include 20+ years in trauma/critical care settings caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds ranging from office based procedures, to emergency trauma patients, to open heart and lung surgeries. My anesthesia training was completed at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, culminating in a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).

My undergraduate degree of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing was completed at Florida State University in Tallahassee. Shortly after completing my undergraduate degree, I also obtained my Paramedic license and functioned as a Registered Nurse and a Paramedic for several years. During that time I was also an Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member for the Daytona State College Emergency Services Program. I continue my love of teaching today by guest lecturing for the University of North Florida’s Nurse Anesthesiology Program on adult and pediatric anesthesia airway management and at the 2022 Yankee Dental Conference on adult and pediatric dental anesthesia. I am also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthrsiology (AANA) and the current President for the New Hampshire Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (NHANA).

As the owner of Blue Sky Anesthesia Associates, I believe having a nurse anesthesiologist you can call and talk to anytime with any question about your sedation, creates the personal and individual care that healthcare lacks today. It is my passion and commitment to provide sedation that is customized to your specific needs and to help all of my patients overcome the fear and anxiety of their dental visit. By having a meaningful one-on-one conversation I get to know you and your concerns allowing me to determine the best-tailored sedation plan for you. I am committed to spending as much time as you need to answer all of your questions and I am happy to take calls from my patients anytime, even on the weekends.

Rudy Pavlesich DNP, CRNA, FNP, APRN

Dr. Rudy Pavlesich is a Nurse Anesthesiologist who has close to 20 years of experience in the critical care arena.  After graduating from Purdue University, he started his career as an Army Nurse Corps Officer, having been cross trained in all areas of critical care to include pediatric, trauma, and burn intensive care.  During his deployment in Iraq, he was one of a few pediatric intensive care nurses in-country and was at the hospital that received the majority of pediatric patients.  After 5 years in the military, he decided to work in the civilian world of nursing and did so for another 7 years caring for adults and pediatrics before pursuing his current career as a nurse anesthesiologist.

In 2012, he enrolled in the Nurse Anesthesiology program at the University of North Florida where he then received his Master’s in Nurse Anesthesiology. A year after completing his master’s program, he decided to further his education and enroll in the dual Doctor of Nursing Practice Program and Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of North Florida.  His anesthesia experiences run the gamut from facial plastic surgery to labor epidurals to open heart surgery.  He has practiced in offices, surgery centers, major medical centers, and small rural hospitals where he was the only anesthesia provider for the entire facility.  Throughout his career, Dr. Rudy Pavlesich has always made a point to provide the best patient experience possible by including patients in their care and having open collaborative discussions to create the best possible outcomes.  He is licensed to provide anesthesia in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts. Sephra

Dr. Sephra Leger DNP, CRNA, APRN

Dr. Sephra is a Nurse Anesthesiologist licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.  My career began in the Army as a 91WM6 (Licensed Practical Nurse) where I was exposed to a depth of training and experience. My initial training began as a combat medic, which led to nursing and providing care as a critical care nurse in a reserve unit at a combat support hospital to becoming an active-duty Army CRNA.  While in the Army Reserves I completed my Associate of Science in Nursing at Augusta State University (now Augusta State) and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Fitchburg State University. I have worked in various healthcare environments from palliative care to trauma to critical care providing care to all age groups of all acuity levels.

I commissioned as an Army Nurse Corps officer in the reserves and obtained my critical care certification while working in critical care in Concord, MA. I continued to serve in multiple leadership roles before returning back to Army active-duty life where I completed my anesthesia residency through USAGPAN (United States Army Graduate Program of Anesthesia Nursing)/ Northeastern University and obtained my Doctor of Nursing Practice.  My military experience afforded the opportunity to practice anesthesia independently, participate in research for combat environments and practice in austere settings serving service members, their families and civilians of all age ranges. After serving over 16 years in the Army, I transitioned to the civilian life and have been providing anesthesia in rural community hospitals in the New England area. I value the military and civilian anesthesia experiences and am excited to be a part of the Blue Sky Anesthesia.

Jessica Vigue RN  Clinical Coordinator

Jessica began her registered nurse career in 2018 after graduating from Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth, NH. Prior to her nursing career, she was an assistant manager of a major machine manufacturer with contracts all along the East Coast. During that time, she was involved in sales, education, training new staff, and setting up new office locations.

Currently, Jessica holds the title of Clinical Coordinator for Blue Sky Anesthesia Associates.

We are privileged to have Jessica as part of the Blue Sky team! During her down time, she enjoys camping, hiking, enhancing her green thumb with her plethora of plants, tackling her latest DIY project, and spending time with her husband, Evan.
